Raw Oak Honey

Our honey is sourced in small batches in the Panhandle of NW Florida, where the flora is rich in oak trees with a smattering of Tupelo trees, Magnolia trees, and a variety of wildflowers.  

Oak honey is derived from the honeydew produced by aphids that feed on the acorns and sap of oak trees rather than from nectar from traditional wildflowers. It tends to be darker and thicker than wildflower honey, and has a rich, distinct flavor.
